Q – Where do you ship from?
- We ship from our warehouse located in Melbourne, Australia!
Q – How long does your order processing take?
- All orders are processed within 24 hours after the order is placed, and are dispatched within 1-2 business day from when the order is placed.
Q – What is your shipping policy?
- VALVERO has a primary goal of offering all customers the best shipping options. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers across diverse countries, ensuring the very highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing Time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are processed within 24 hours after the order is placed. and are dispatched within 2-3 business days from when the order is placed.
- Shipping Time: This refers to the time it takes for the items to be shipped from the warehouse to the desired destination. After processing and leaving the warehouse, products typically take between 3-10 days for all products to arrive at their destination.
Q – What if I order the wrong size, do I have to pay for shipping to return it?
