Refund policy

30 DAY RETURN POLICY:

We hope your new VALVERO products bring you lasting satisfaction. However, if for any reason they do not meet your expectations, our Returns Policy below will guide you through the process with ease and care.

CHANGE OF MIND + CHANGE OF SIZE:

If you change your mind or wish to exchange for a different product, you can return your item for Store Credit, provided that the item(s) meets our Return Conditions. Please see our Return Conditions below. If the item does not meet our Return Conditions it will not be accepted upon return.

  • If the item fails to meet our Return Conditions, it will not be accepted.

  • The customer will be responsible for covering the shipping and handling costs associated with the return of the item.

  • We do not provide monetary refunds for change of mind returns.

  • You have 30 days from receipt of your order to initiate a return.

  • We offer the option to receive a Gift Card as Store Credit.

  • Items marked down by 50% or more from their original price are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • Until the returned item(s) reach our facility, they remain your responsibility and property.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS:

In order for your item(s) to be accepted upon return it must meet the following criteria:

  • Products must be unworn and in the original packaging with all features included (e.g authenticity card, adjustable tool, additional strap, watch)
  • Product must be free from damage, breaks, dents or scratches.

  • Boxed items must be unopened and the seal unbroken.  

Please ensure your return is packaged adequately to ensure it is not damaged during return delivery to our facility. 

FAULTY ITEMS:

Every product undergoes a meticulous multi-point quality inspection before leaving our facility. We take exceptional care to ensure that each watch arrives in flawless condition but if you receive an item from us which you believe is faulty, due to damage during shipping or a manufacturing defect, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing the team on information@valveroau.com.

  • Please note, we have a 3-month warranty for faulty items. If you purchased your item over 3 months ago, it is no longer eligible for a replacement.
  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or issues arising from misuse or unauthorized repair.

RETURN FOR STORE CREDIT:

Your Store Credit will become active once we have received your product back at our facility.

Please allow up to 2 weeks for your return to be received and Store Credit issued.

Store Credit is issued to you in the form of a Gift Card and is emailed electronically to the original email address from the order. Please check your spam/junk mail if you haven’t received this yet.

Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the issue date and are non-refundable.

Discount Codes previously applied are excluded from the Return Store Credit value.
